1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tarkov Quest Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2.Fan-Made Project
Tarkov Quest Tracker is an independent, fan-made project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Battlestate Games. All game content, names, and assets are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.
3.Use of the Service
You agree to use the tracker only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or inhibit anyone else from using it. Abuse, scraping, automated access, or attempts to disrupt the service may result in a ban without notice.
4.Accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts used to harass other users or exploit the service may be terminated.
5.User Content
Feedback and messages you submit are your responsibility. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process and display them as needed to operate the service. Please do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
6.No Warranty
The tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Game data, prices, and quest information may change or contain errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7.Features & Content Updates
We may add, change, or remove features and content at any time. Quest data, rewards, unlocks, and item information are provided for informational purposes and may be updated as the game changes; some features may be in development.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the tracker.
9.Lucky Draw & Check-ins
The lucky draw is a free, optional feature for registered PVE users. Daily check-ins grant draw chances; spending a chance enters you into a draw for a chance to win rouble or item prizes. Prizes have no cash value and are delivered in-game at the discretion of the listed contact persons. We do not guarantee prize availability or delivery timeframes. Draws are executed automatically; results are final. Attempting to abuse the check-in or draw system (e.g. multiple accounts, automation) may result in disqualification, chance forfeiture, and account action.
10.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the tracker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
